Review: The owner, [redacted], was hired to complete Architectural services on two different residential properties renovation projects. [redacted] took a deposit for these two different projects totaling $1962.50. [redacted] sent numerous, emails and texts that architectural work was being done, but she stated "she was having computer issues which was prevented her from sending us a copy of the architectural drawing".

After several weeks of non-performance, I requested a full refund. After several emails and text messages with no response, [redacted] responded on March 7, 2013, that she would give a full refund. [redacted] sent an apology via email (A copy of this email can be provided). However, she has not provided a refund and has not responded to numerous emails, voice mails, and text messages requesting a full refund.

It is my intention to get a full refund from Land Use Design for failing to honor their contractual agreement.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a full refund of $1962.50 plus $575.00 for a total of $2,537.50. This amount includes payment made to Land Use by Design plus reimbursement of legal fees that were incurred as a result of failing to honor this contractual agreement.
