The information reported was inaccurateI have asked for several years for an exchange, not for one yearI have called the phone number personally rather do it onlineI usually speak with ***The online form gives the opportunity to list specific datesI am completely flexible so I do not need specific datesI thought that would leave me with a better chance for an exchange if I am open to ANY weekI was asked how many people the unit would need to holdI replied "people but the bigger the better if available." I do not require more than that but if it was available, I could invite othersI have also requested a search for spring, summer or fall anywhere accessible to Napa or Sonoma Valley.
I have continued to read the increasing numerous allegations & complaints against Club Land Or on the internetIt is very alarming regarding the unethical practices & financial recklessness of its administration.

Let me begin by addressing the misdirection of this complaint against Land'or International, Inc*** *** contract is with Club Land'or (Nassau) Ltd.; however, this complaint is being listed under Land'or InternationalLand'or International and Club Land'or
are completely separate entitiesFurther, *** *** is filing complaints regarding exchange requests with Flex Plus Exchange and H.S.I, which are also entirely separate entities from Land'or InternationalIt is respectfully requested that this complaint be removed from the Land'or International report as it is not specifically directed towards Land'or International
Due to the fact that H.S.Iis a completely separate entity from Land'or International, I cannot comment on the accommodations made through that program

The so called letter was done after the credit file was pulled not beforeI said I did not want to continue the business agreement and was told that they only need my information for their files but they lied about itMany other people have the same experience They are a fraudulent company
