We were very surprised with this complaint as these customers have been clients of ours for years now and no attempt was made to contact me, Michelle the Office Manager, here in the office who handles scheduling and customer service The customer contacted MrD [redacted] once directly via his cell phone and MrD [redacted] did mention he would make it there Monday to access the situationWe are a very large, full service, all year landscaping company and unfortunately, with the amount of work we have and speaking directly to the owner who is out in the field working for 15+ hours a day, it did slip his mind The fees above that MrB [redacted] quoted are accurate, however, MrD [redacted] provided a courtesy and consideration when MrB [redacted] first inquired about having this service performed MrB [redacted] was going to go to a nursery and pay retail for these items, which could have cost him double if not more than what he was charged James recommended that he go to our nursery vendor and purchase the materials wholesale This complaint to The Revdex.com was premature and, in my opinion, unnecessary when we have an office staff who's responsibility is to make our customers priority and tend to these kinds of affairs By the B [redacted] 's failing to contact our office regarding this matter, even after speaking with MrD [redacted] via his cell phone, this all could have been avoided, time saved and the damaged materials replaced long before today MrD [redacted] spoke with the complaining homeowner today and we will be replacing the items that did not take, which occasionally does tend to happen in this line of work

As per our contract, dated March **, 2015, which *** *** never signed, it states billing would consist of monthly installments of $163.50, plus tax Due to the fact that *** ***'s shrubs were going to be maintained by himself, we removed the 10th installment and only billed him
months for both the and seasons in order to compensate him for him choosing to trim his own shrubs. In regards to his clean ups, his final clean up was performed and completed today, 12/**/ As of today *** *** has a balance of $for outstanding months of installments At this time we would like to terminate our services with *** *** and relinquish our responsibility fully for his shrubs, including no further replacements of the said tree as it was ordered based off of the exact number from the original planting We will forgive *** ***'s outstanding balance of $in agreement of this relinquishment and withdrawal of his complaint. Thank you
