Sunday 3/20/16 between At time of purchase agreement was made that when the remaining we would schedule delivery for the following Sunday which was 3/
Unfortunately we did close that day and customer was not notified.
Customer was called back the next day 3/28/16. Customer Mr. Jone waiting for manufacture delivery for bedroom set we gave customer miscommunication.
Mr. [redacted] Was upset arid asked for a discount. We refunded the [redacted] incontinence. Customer agreed to that. At that time customer informed us that the mattress was too firm and he would Like it exchanged... I explained to him that we us bedding for sanitary purposes,
I also explained to him that I would speak to manufacture and if the then it would be okay. Manufacture agreed to Exchange, Order was mattress (a medium soft)
At that time we agreed that mattress set would be exchanged and c $65.00 dollar assembly fee.
Delivery for the bedroom set and mattress set exchange was scheduled for Wednesday 3/30/16 between 10:00am and 11:00am. On Wednesday the driver was to pick up mattress set from manufacture before delivery.Unfortunately driver was held up waiting on mattress set to be completed. 3/30/16 delivery was completed and all items were assembled.

I understand you're sorry, but that doesn't make everything better, especially considering I got in trouble with my work for arriving late to work due to your delivery man arriving much later than scheduled. I am demanding that the delivery and assembly fee be refunded to us for causing us this inconvenience.
