Matter/complaint has been satisfied in my favor. [redacted] agreed to take back their product and credited the full amount back to my credit card. The business manager admitted they were contacting me due to being contacted by the Revdex.com. THANK YOU....
Because they never responded to my letters of complaint. If not for your assistance, I would have been stuck with a bad product, been cheated out of my money, I would have lost out and this business ([redacted] Furniture Store) would have succeeded in ripping me off. Thank You for Your Assistance.
