There are hard inquires on my credit report that I did not authorized the company to submit On January 6, I was referred to Landers Nissan to possibly trade in my vehicle due to maintenance issues I asked the finance department representative to submit my credit report to only [redacted] services whom is my current auto lender The representative stated that [redacted] doesn't do trade in value etcI test drove a Nissan Maximum and gave an estimate of $or less payment that I can afford monthly The finance representative stated that he could not give me a payment of $or less for a Nissan Maximum due to negative remarks (oil leak, high mileage, codes, etc.) on my current vehicleSo, they tried to get me to purchase several vehicles that I didn't want I clearly explained to them that I was not going to purchase a vehicle that I didn't want Every vehicle that I chose, the monthly payment was like over $ Once I found out that my current vehicle

I have been trying to cancel my gap insurance and get a refund for almost a month and it has been very difficult to reach someone
I paid off my car early and *** sent me a letter to cancel the gap insurance and request a refund through the dealershipI called them and I was told that I needed to provide that document from *** and sign the cancellation formI have completed those steps by email but now when I call I am transferred to a voicemailI left voice messages and I have not received any responseI'm frustrated that this is so difficult and I regret purchasing a vehicle from this business

I purchased two vehicles from Nissan Landers, in South Haven, Mswithin months of each other a truck for me and a new altima for my wife it was a terrible experience....The only friendly person we dealt with was Robert W*** our salesman, but the staff was really rude, they didnt even speak to me and my family when we entered the buildingA month later I received paper work from the state saying I have a (vehicle suspense notice) which means my paper work wasnt done correctly, I have been calling everyday to get somebody to help me with this, and everybody I talk to says theirs nothing they can do.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE

My son took his car in to get the air bag replaced (factory recall) on ThursdaySince it was there, he got a quote to repair the door handle/mechanism since his door would not open from the inside of the car Quote was $to $to fix the door Knowing that they could not give an exact cost until they opened the door and saw what parts were needed, we told them to go ahead and fix the door too Late Thursday afternoon we returned to pick up the car and was told they had not started on it yet It would be ready Friday morning Friday afternoon they called and said they did not have the parts and would have to order them Car would be ready Saturday morning Saturday afternoon, I stopped by to pay the charges and pick up the keys and was told that it was not ready Car was sitting outside Service person had the paperwork on the desk and told me he was going to call in a few minutes I left went to pick up my son and returned an hour later and paperwork still was not ready When someone finally tracked down the paperwork the charges was over $ When I said something about the quote being much less, they shrugged it off and said that's what the bill said and she could not do anything about it
They had the car for days and charged over $more than what we agreed All they had to do was make a phone call and let us know that the car was not ready and that the bill was going to be more than expected My son is on disability and did not have the extra money to pay this bill If I was not with him, he would have been without his car for more days and not able to go to work
If the dealer cannot stand behind their quotes and treat their customers any better than that, then I will take my business elsewhere I know my little money may not matter to them but we have Nissan vehicles in my family This dealership is the closest one but it is not the only one

I received a service in December I contact them because I was still having issues I have been constantly transferred to voicemail with no return
I paid for service, almost $in 12/at Landers Nissan One of the items serviced was the gasket I called back after I received the service because I was still smelling the scent that I originally smelled so I wanted to check on it I've been calling since January and it is now September and I have yet to receive a call back When I was calling, I would ask for the service department and I left a message on each voicemail that I was transferred to I even asked for whoever was over the dealership and he even transferred me back to the service department...Makes absolutely no sense if I'm telling you I have an issue I work jobs so it was very difficult for me to simply take my car to the dealership I personally think that I shouldn't have to simply pull up if they would answer a callI was off and scheduled

5/21/Eliminator Sale, ran everyones credit before allowing to view vehiclesHad us sign an ok to run credit stating "credit will only be run if vehicle is found you want", made everyone wear name tag to be easily identified according to credit scoreWhen questioned why credit was ran despite being told this would only be done if a car foundTold "you arent a dummy, leave if you dont like it."

On Saturday 9/10/I visited Landers Nissan Southaven for service (oil change) to my Nissan AltimaAfter sitting for about minutes I was approached by salesman ***He mentioned to me that Landers had some good deals, and; he was interested in what I was currently drivingI told him and he asked if I purchased the car from the Southaven locationHe proceeded to tell me about a program through Nissan as wherein if I purchased my car Landers Nissan Southaven and was in good standing with Nissan that he could see on the computer if I would be automatically approve for a new carThe program seemed appealingMr*** asked for my birthday and physical addressI gave him my information and he check on the computer and stated, "I was approved and through the program I could get a new car" Thereafter, we went to check

I arrived to your service department on 9/8/7:25amI finally was helped at 7:50amI should've RAN!! I recently ordered a car through Element Fleet service that my company deals with for company cars I ordered a Nissan Altima The car delivered 12/13/and paperwork was received 12/18/ They never notified me so I called on 12/20/and Randy S*** (Fleet Guy) told me he was too busy to let me sign for my car for the next two days because he had police cars to deliver I asked to please let me know as soon as possible because I had to order tool boxes etcto be ready for the first of the year I called back on 12/26/to see if he could get let me pick up my car left a message and no call was returned So I called his boss Steve H*** (the GM of Sales) he called Randy and said my car would be ready on the 27th I thanked him I showed up at 10am to pick up my car and Randy was no where to be found I waited for hours with my kids to pick this car up and the GM Steve H*** never lifted a finger to help me The only people who cared were the sales guys They knew I was going to blow my stack I finally got my car from Randy after noon Now they are late with the licence plate that they have not received yet The management is horrible! Sales guys I can't rate because I didn't buy the car technically It has been the worst experience of my car buying times *** had me signed and on the road in minutes They were great on my last car! Never use this dealer ever again for company or personal!

For only being years old and having somewhat fair credit, the Landers Nissan is Southaven, Ms accommodated to all my needsThe process was super easy and quick, I got approved in a matter off minutesWith a Nissan Sentra in my driveway with miles on it thanks to landers, I am one happy customerVery reasonable prices and awesome staffJoe, one of the salesman at Landers, was nothing but helpful and straight foward and did not let me leave the parking lot in my sweet new ride with no unanswered questionsThank you so much! Will be back for another car in the future!

Waited for service at the parts deptfor over minutes / no one ever came to the counter

Not getting the service I made an appointment for in advance
I made an appointment online to have my oil change and the air filter and when I arrived a technician approached me and said that I had a wait time 3hs waitI told him that I made an appointment and he said just because I made an appointment does not mean I get service at that timeVery rude and unprofessional gentleman

This company will destroy your credit!I asked them several times not to run my credit but ONCE,without my consent it was ran multiple times
I gave Landers permission to run my credit one time Only, I even asked the salesman several times(did you just run my credit once) his reply was yes, the next day I check my report I had been hit at least times with HARD INQUIRIES,this should be against the law!! I did not give consent!

On 5/17/17, Wed Morn, around a.min the Servicing Dept...I noticed there were a few "older" gentlemen walking around welcoming what appeared to me a "select" group of customers to snacks, and more during their waitBut they seem a bit partial, as they only selected the customers that they wanted to welcomeI think greeters should not select only the ones they favor, but a professional greeter leaves not one customer un-attended in his/her viewIt feels weird hearing others get treated like royalty, when you've spent your money but you're treated like a ghost Just don't sit at the cubicles alone, that's how they will make you feel, as you hear the "niceness" flying all over your headNot a pretty feeling, I don't think they were even aware of this themselves...Or were they? Everyone regardless of skin, color, or beauty likes to feel beautiful, just sayingI must admitt that was one of my first weird experience thereBut thanks to MrPat B***, listening to my experience and saving the dayHe apologized on their behalf and was nothing but nice to meGod bless his soul, thanks to him I might consider going back, but no lie, I'm shakened

Landers Nissan quoted me a price and try to sell me a vehicle that they did not even have on their lot
I have been talkin most of the week with a Salesman from Landers Nissan through email I found it Toyota Sequoia for sale online I contacted the salesman and he gave me a quote for an out-the-door price three or four days ago for the Toyota Sequoia I contacted him today to express my interest after going to the bank and withdrawing the money to buy the automobileHe replied today and assured me that the vehicle was still available and asked me when I could come to test drive my new carI asked him if he could please send me some pictures he never replied I contacted the sales department to ask for pictures and got nothingI finally got a call from someone from Landers Nissan Southaven Mississippi who said they were an online sales manager and said that vehicle has never made it to their lotWell how did someone quote me a price on it and asked me when I was coming to te

(Mrc*** from the buisness) thats the biggest lie ever told.....I CALLED THE STATE PERSONALLY AND FIXED MY OWN PROBLEM.....I explained that I wasn't being treated fairly and I couldn't get any help from the dealership and a lady from the state worked with me one on one to help resolve my problem.....And here I come with another complaint, I was told when I purchased a new altima that after I paid my first payment I would be able to change my due dateWell my first payment came in a couple of weeks ago and I paid it, so I called the 1-# that was on my bill, to speak to a rep and no one picks up, it goes straight to the answering machine and I went through this process for about a week....so I called nissan back AND MY *** HERE WE GO AGAIN WITH THE SAME OL BAD ATTITUDES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, they transferred me back and forth different times saying im not the right person to talk to, no one ever made an effort to try and help me so finally I gave upSHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY WAS BY FAR THE WORST DECISION THAT I HAVE EVER MADEI STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

Attended sales event, had participants register which included signing credit release, prior to signing instructed by associate credit would not be checked unless a vehicle was found to purchase, before viewing any vehicle credit was checkedDealership completed mass credit check on over attendees and labeled the participants by color according to credit scoreUnethical and dishonest practice
