This septic business was supposed to install a septic tank that was part of my repair request that would ease my mind in purchasing a home. Mr. Currin installed a new septic tank to my house's plumbing fixtures. The day after water was backing up in the home. I called Mr. Currin to have him look at problems and offer a solution. He told me the septic field was the problem and that it wasn't working. I called numerous times to speak to him and he pointed fingers at others. As it turns out, he had not connected half of the plumbing of the house to the tank. Someone else had to come and fix what he had done incorrectly. They reset the tank and got all plumbing connected. It took 6 weeks to get a working septic system. He also did not identify correctly that I had a sand filter system and suggested I move out of the house. The sellers paid for the repair and so they flushed 2,000 dollars down the toilet on poor work. Mr. Currin did not fix the problem he had helped create. He claimed to want to help, but he never came to fix the problem. I genuinely hope it was ignorance not poor intent that caused this situation, but even if it was ignorance that's not much better. People who pay businesses deserve professional work and if a mistake is made, it is expected that steps will be taken to fix mistake.
