He said he leveled our house when in fact he did not and the beams where never blocked up we have this opinion form other contractors with pictures t
I feburary 2019 we had him replace three beams and level the house in jully we noticed the floor buckles. We had him look at it , he said there was water under the house to call an engineer, we contacted others and it come to find out that he never did the job right it was realy not braced up right nor realy leveled.
To have my house level
In February 2019 I had a contract to level the house, replace some beams and floor joists with treated lumber and add concrete piers as needed. I completed everything as agreed upon. In July, the customer called me back saying the floor was buckling in 2 bedrooms. Usually in my experience hardwood buckles because of water. The customer called a plumber before I got there and said there were no water leaks. I looked under the house and saw water dripping off the subfloor. I advised the customer to call an engineer because it looked like condensation to me. It was a surprise to me when I received the letter from Revdex.com since I asked the customer to call an engineer. The complaint that has been made is not due to anything I have done. The customer was happy with the work I did in February when I completed the job. In the time that passed since the job was completed, the house could have shifted around due to moisture under the house.

He is right we were happy with his work, only becouse we did not crawl under the house to check his work. And now sence we have had two other leveling companies out to look at it both have said the house never was finished being leveled and that the moister was from ac dac drain line that it could not of caused the house to become un level , the gloor is buckling from the drain but the house never was leveled fully anyway.
In response to your complaint, I wasn't informed there was a problem except for the buckling of the floor. If you had told me there was something you weren't happy with, I would have taken care of it. But now you've talked to every Tom, Dick and Harry and no matter what I say or do you are going to be unsatisfied. So now I am done.
