I used Happy Tails to assist me with transporting my dog, "Ally" from California to Florida I was extremely apprehensive about putting her on an airplane for 5+ hoursIt is not an easy task to do on your own as each airline has different rules and requirementsIf you are not prepared and do not have the proper kennel and other items you will be turned away [redacted] at Happy Tails made the process extremely easy and and by the time the day of her flight came I was confident that she would make it safely to Florida [redacted] corresponded with me before her flight and confirmed Allys departure from SFO and arrival at MCO airport [redacted] was very easy to talk to and got back to me via email or phone calls promptly The fee for the service was totally worth my piece of mind Ally is a happy camper here in Florida I would definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend their services

What a great service for relocating our dogWe shipped our Doberman via ground transport from northern Idaho to central North Carolina Due to time constraints I didn't have much time to make it happen [redacted] at Happy Tails was able to help us narrow down the shipping method from air to ground transport in less than a couple daysWe couldn't ship our dog Remi via air because he's huge, like a mini moose, and only Delta could fly him, but they didn't have any available flights in the time frame that worked The ground transport was about double the cost of air, but it was so nice to not have to worry about him and we could just jump on a plane and meet him in the destination town He rode in the back seat of an air conditioned Audi Q5...like a BOSSHe was probably taking selfies and surfing on his smartphone the whole timeHe even got his own bed at each hotel stop with his drivers ( [redacted] and [redacted] were amazing!) We are so lucky to have found this company! We had a terrible experience with another company a few months back and this experience was completely different! From the get-go, the first phone call was amazing, and every time conversation until pick up was so pleasant! At this point, I already felt such comfort knowing my dog would be traveling from New Jersey all the way to Nevada with Happy TrailsThe pick up went smooth, and the driver loved my dog as much as I do, for the entire trip!
