I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Let me start...

by saying [redacted] said I am a collection agent and I feel I can bully by my responses. Provided [redacted] is an attorney research should be done before statements are made. I have never collected or been a collection agent a day in my life. I do train classes as well as manage for a living. That should be a mute point in this situation. The credit union feels that they are not held by [redacted] laws because they are 1st party lender, however, the [redacted] will hold first party lenders accountable when they harrass. I have voicemail recordings I and the copies of the emails that they referred to in this response along with the screenshots that I can provide to the Revdex.com. Although I did provide my email address to them at no time can a lender send personal detailed financial information to your employment. I did not request any information from them at that time.

I spoke with the member and reviewed the situation.  There were some processing errors made which caused the delay in the release of the lien with the Department of Motor Vehicles.  This matter has been resolved to the members satisfaction..

Review: I payed off my auto loan with them in October 2. I went into a branch on November 27th to find out where my title was. I was told it would be sent in 7 to 10 business days. After not receiving it by December 31st I went back to branch where they said it it was released and I should have it the next week. Now it is January 10th and still no title. After 45 days I still don't have MY title to the vehicle I OWN free and clear. At this point they have stolen ownership of my vehicle. Additionally for failure to deliver what I am owed per the terms of our contract (loan documents) a penatly fee should be paid (as I have been assesed should I have failed to meet the terms set forth for me in the contract).Desired Settlement: Title delivery for the vehicle I own and a penalty fee for failure to meet the contract terms of the loan.

I have been an active member of Landings Credit Union for 10+ years and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone. Every experience has been positive and it's wonderful that they do branch sharing with [redacted] which for me adds convenience. Thank you for being excellent and a wonderful company to do business with!

Review: My first collection issue was when [redacted] sent an itemized email of my negative checking account to my work email without me asking her to do so. I was upset and contacted the collection manager at that time. I have yet to receive a response. Since then, Wendy has called my home repeatedly and left on my voicemail details about how my account is past due and how I need to take care of obligations. On my voicemail it id's three names on the voicemail so she is very aware it is not private. I have asked her to call my cell phone and she refuses to do so. I have saved these messages and can play them if needed. I teach [redacted] classes so I am very aware of the laws and at this point I am being harrassed.Desired Settlement: At this point it would need to be discussed.
