Our business model consists of buying dental scrap precious metal. We offer free estimates on request.  We have in our possession the label on the box they sent to us with the "request estimate"box not chosen by them.After opening several small envelopes inside the box we realized how little...

the material was worth.. therefore, going the extra mile, we called them and offered to return the material if they weredisappointed.   They did request a return but later claimed a small,non-precious piece of metal had not been returned.   We offered to providethem with a "shoebox full" of that same material at no charge butthey declined.   Also in our possession is the certified mail receipt forthe material we sent back. To be accused of thievery is outrageous andlitigation against them is under consideration.   After 75 years inbusiness our reputation is valued above all else.Steven L[redacted] President LRC Corporation

Reply to L[redacted]I have used them in the past without incident. Yes, I believe they are a family business for 74 years.  I have been in dentistry since 1982. If L[redacted] would have said, "Gee, sorry Dr, there must be a mix-up" but instead, L[redacted], as I could hear the woman yelling through the phone at my front office...they called me a liar (slander) so I called them a thief. Has become very difficult do business with them.
