In May of I purchased a laptop from the Core StoreIts usb ports did not work and I had to re-configure itThe laptop was very slow - far too slow for a new machine with minimal memory demandsIn August, it had an imminent hard drive failure and was replacedThe replacement did not start up properly and I reinstalled windows as directed - which caused the internet connectivity to disappearI sent the laptop in for repair and the same laptop was returned to me, but it still has intermittent startup failures - the machine just does not turn on I use this computer for work and to project my classroom lessons, so I really can't have it failing regularly I have tried to contact the company regarding the continued malfunctions and they have not responded to my communication
