Review: Please note; This is a complaint between a property owner and a [redacted] and not a complaint between landlord and tenant. I am making this complaint because on May [redacted], 2014, I received a notification stating that rent payment was received in the amount of $1,750. However as of today June [redacted], 2014, my [redacted] who is working for Landlord Management New York LLC has not deposited the money he collected on my behalf into my contact. I contacted him several times and he has failed to do so. attached is the email notification I received, a copy of our contract and a invoice as proof of company address.Thank you.Best Regards[redacted]Desired Settlement: I will like landlord Management New York LLc to give me the 1,750 that belongs to me.

Review: Kasheem J[redacted], owner of Landlord Management New York LLC, managed a property under a false license number and collected rents and a $2100 security deposit from a tenant on my behalf, but failed to place the security deposit in a trust account or hand over any rents for 5 months. It is now impossible to contact him and the tenant has not heard from him either. He does not have an active license to broker real estate or manage property in the state of New York.

This company owes us $7500 in rent and the $2100 security deposit paid by the tenant. He also collected a $600 leasing fee from the tenant which I was not made aware of until the tenant mentioned it.Desired Settlement: That we would receive the collected rents and security deposit with interest and damages. Otherwise, we will have to take legal action since an LLC does not protect the LLC owner's personal assets when the owner commits fraud.
