Landmarc Real Estate, Inc. Reviews (4)

[redacted],
Landmarc Real Estate, Inc. is in receipt of the letter received 9/24/2014 regarding the concern submitted on 9/13/2014. [redacted] resides in Heather Hill Section N Homeowners Association, Inc., which is professionally managed by Landmarc Real...

Estate. [redacted] Property Owners Association (POA), which includes section 1,2 and 3, is also managed by Landmarc Real Estate but is a separately incorporated association. [redacted] Section N is not legally a part of [redacted] POA.
A homeowner in [redacted] POA (not Section N) circulated a petition to all sections of [redacted] prior to the scheduled Board meeting on September 11 th, 2014. [redacted] Section N was not included in the meeting notification because the business of the meeting was only relevant to [redacted] POA and its owners. Due to the timing of the circulation of the petition, many members of both associations attended the meeting. Several issues were brought to the table and the meeting did get contentious. The attorney representing [redacted] POA (Section 1, 2 & 3) requested that the attendees in the room quiet down or the meeting would have to adjourn. The meeting continued to escalate to the point of the attorney adjourning the meeting.
With regards to [redacted] COID Inents in her letter about management not caring about the petition  and being unwilling to even read it; it was a Board member for [redacted] POA who stated, "I'm not  going to read it, or address it. I do not care for petitions."
Points of clarity:
• It was the [redacted] POA Board of Directors business meeting, not Landmarc Real Estate's meeting
• The attorney present is not selected, retained or paid by Landmarc Real Estate. He has a signed engagement letter with [redacted] POA.
• [redacted] lives in [redacted] Section N. She is a tenant, not an owner, so according to the Association documents she is eligible to attend the meeting but any concerns of the community must be vetted thru the owner of record for the property.
Landmarc Real Estate is providing professional management for both of the Associations noted previously. The community manager for both associations is employed by Landmarc Real Estate. At no time does Landmarc Real Estate as a company condone the behaviors which were demonstrated at the above mentioned meeting on September 11, 2014. Since this incident, it was determined that it would be in the best interest of the community and its members for a new representative/manager to be assigned to [redacted] POA (section 1, 2 and 3).
The unfortunate part of this entire event is that [redacted] was present at a meeting that was not intended for the community that she resides in. She is a tenant who may not understand all the facts about the situation. We try very hard to treat our clients with respect and a can do attitude.

Dear [redacted]Please note the information received in the complaint is
correct to the extent that a client did lease an office space and the agent was
[redacted].The condition of the office carpet was not acceptable at the
time the client left the space. The new tenant complained and...

refused to move
into the space until [redacted] had the carpet cleaned. So [redacted] did so
([redacted]). At this time [redacted] deducted the carpet cleaning expense
from the client’s security deposit $125.00 (cost of professional carpet
cleaning). Please understand the carpet in the office space was brand
new when this client moved in. we have [redacted] two pictures tos how the amount of
soil on the carpet after the client left. Please advise. Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I was not informed that I would be charged a $125 carpet cleaning fee that was taken out of my security deposit. I had informed the manager that I had personally cleaned the carpet and can provide the receipt for the steam cleaning. He took $125 out of my security deposit anyway.Desired Settlement: $125 refunded.

Review: Our community has had several issues with one of the representative for Landmarc. The most current issue was not notifying us of paving to our parking area and then attempting to have us towed. Once I moved my vehicle, she then had the tow personnel move another resident’s vehicle into our parking space. So I feel that she does not hold all resident to the same standards, this associate is very difficult to communicate with as she is extremely aggressive, condescending, and disrespectful in her communication with us. Another incident she sent is multiple violations noticed on work that had been completed on time, due to the fact that she did not check the correct home. It took several times to assure her the work was complete on our home I can only assume that she has mistakenly sited us instead of the home next to us. many of her comments to us are " It's not my problem, I don't have to talk to you, I don't care".We then as a community created a petition and took it to Landmarc to work toward a resolution. All of the concerns were forward to Landmarc prior to the meeting. Once there Landmarc did give each resident a chance to voice their concerns, but residents were told that the petition comments were not reviewed and we were told " I don’t care about you petition I do not agree that you did one, I’m not reading it" this was a blatant slap in the face to the community that already feels that we are not being heard or supported. During this meeting the lawyer for Landmarc more than once got up and very loudly told residents to “Shut up”. These actions by this company are unprofessional and while I understand it was a heated discussion they needed to be professional at all time and show customer serviceDesired Settlement: Landmarc needs to show that they understand our concerns , and that are working to improve upon the services that they provide to our community. I feel that they need to appoint another property manager to rectify this issue

Landmarc Real Estate, Inc. is in receipt of the letter received 9/24/2014 regarding the concern submitted on 9/13/2014. [redacted] resides in Heather Hill Section N Homeowners Association, Inc., which is professionally managed by Landmarc Real Estate.
