while in the restaurant I was waited on by a bartender who asked what I wanted to drink, as she was talking I mistakenly interrupted her due to a sign that I saw and asked her how come she didn't mention the current drink special, which was 5 dollar pitcher of blue moon. She then walked to the middle of the bar and never came back to wait on me. Another bartender came to wait on me, I then asked her why the other bartender walked away and didn't wait on me. her response was that she was busy when clearly that wasn't the case. I tell the other bartender what I was drinking she then gets me my pitcher of blue moon. Even when she brings the pitcher I continue to ask what the real reason was that the other bartender didn't wait on me and the new bartender rudely asked me if I wanted the beer or not. At that point I ask to speak to a manager (Cody) because of the service I am receiving at not from 1 bartender but now the second bartender asking me if I wanted to drink or not (rudely)
When the manager comes up to me I share with him my experience and he attempts to make things better he gets me a fresh cold pitcher of beer and things seem better
then as I finish my beer over a span of an hour I notice no one checks on me or brings my receipt for me to pay, I then walk to the hosting stand where the manager was and ask why no one gave me my bill and this is what I meant by bad customer service at this point another manager came name (Joe) and without any knowledge of my previous experience tells me that my bill was comped and to never come in the restaurant again. I asked why and where the break down was and he was extremely rude and disrespectful so I called the police to have my experience documented and why I wasn't served and why I wasn't given a bill and I was told not to come back. I later contacted the General manager Mike F to resolve the issue and it was never resolved I asked to speak to the owner Kyle and never heard back from him or anyone from the restaurant
