The front door is still not repaired and continues to let air and light in from the frame. The builder has attempted to repair the door, but it is still not installed properly. Due to the repair attempts, the front outdoor frame is now chipped in several places and requires replacement. The outdoor paint has also started to peel off in multiple places, since the time of purchase and since the original complaint. A second front entry light fixture has also now broken into pieces. The basement flooded within hours of me filing the original complaint. The builder capped the chimneys, and since that time no water has come into the basement to the owner's knowledge.
