customer.The customer agreed to purchase a vehicle on December 20, and have Landmark obtain third party financing for the purchaseThe necessary personal information was collected from the customer and submitted to the lenderThe customer's loan was approved by the lender, subject to the lender's verification of the personal information provided by the customerThe verification process took the lender nearly a month, but ended when the customer's actual income was less than the income provided on the credit applicationAt that time the lender declined the financingWithout additional credit enhancement (more down payment, co-singer, additional income, etc.), Landmark did not have any other lenders willing to approve the financing.On Monday, February 5, days after submission of the Revdex.com complaint, the customer brought in his own check to pay for the vehicleThis has resolved the matter.Sincerely, *** ** ***Chief Financial Officer
