I spoke with *** several weeks ago concerning his issues. After speaking, I promptly visited his home to assess the situation. A few plants were struggling from the intense summer heat. However, I informed him that none were dead. The sprinkler system was getting water to
all of the plants. The re-work of the existing sprinkler system was not "perfect'. His budget did not allow for a "perfect" sprinkler system. The existing system that he had was not adequate at all for the new bed installations. The irrigator that performed the sprinkler re-configuration is very reputable and we work together often. After the sprinkler work was performed, all plants were receiving water coverage. Upon my last visit, I did change the settings of the system (ie watering days and times) back to what was needed for the best interest of all the plants. I also treated the struggling plants with a root stimulant to try and help them recover. Furthermore, I offered to have the sprinkler guys come back to re-evaluate the system at no charge. *** declined my offer. However, I will stand by my work and my word. I did my absolute best to resolve this situation peacefully already. I will gladly make another site visit and re-assess the situation
