Tell us why here...We have tried to reach Mr [redacted] Unfortunately, both the home and work phone numbers he gave us are out of serviceI have left four messages at the number he provided you and he has not returned my callWe're not sure how to move forward

I have attached a copy of the buyers order the customer requested that she signed showing what she paid for the Jeep CherokeeI also attached a copy of the payoff check we sent to her bank in the amount of $and a copy of the invoice we mailed her with her title to her new carThe price she agreed to pay for the Jeep Cherokee was $after the factory rebates and $for her MercedesAs you can see on the buyers order that is exactly what she signed toI'm sure the DMV in Kansas didn't explain to her that they charge taxes on the rebates in Kansas and that is why the invoice shows $as the sale price since that is before the $in rebatesShe seems to be confused as to how much the car she purchased was and we would be happy to show her every piece of paper she signed if she would like to come in and do soThe MSRP on the Cherokee was $which she paid $after the rebates and we gave her $for her MercedesWhenever she would like to come meet with me so I can show her the paperwork I would be happy toI can be reached at the number below Brian P [redacted] Landmark DCJR

Good morningI have attempted to contact *** *** by telephone and have left voice mail messages and as of 4/15/at 11:am I have not received a responseI will continue to attempt to reach her by phone so that we might be able to resolve the issue and at last resort send an e mail
to her explaining that I need to speak with her to gather information in an attempt to resolvePlease note that the contract that she purchased is a national program backed and under written by MOPAR and not individual dealers so we have to follow their guidelines which are that oil contracts are non refundable and non transferrableIf she will respond and I can gather information I might be able to extend goodwill on our dealerships behalf and resolveI will keep the Revdex.com updated and informed as to progressI can be reached at ###-###-#### if there are any questions*** ***Service at Landmark South

I am rejecting this response because: Their reasoning does not apply to this situationI was NOT told I was buying an oil change CONTRACT only that I was buying a package of multiple oil changes at a discount priceI am tired of hearing from the dealership that mopar contracts are not transferable or refundable when I was unaware at the time of purchasing that I would be subject to a contractI want a refund, or I will report to attorney general.

I have attached a copy of the buyers order the customer requested that she signed showing what she paid for the 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I also attached a copy of the payoff check we sent to her bank in the amount of $18800 and a copy of the invoice we mailed her with her title to her new...

car. The price she agreed to pay for the 2015 Jeep Cherokee was $26858 after the factory rebates and $23000 for her 2012 Mercedes. As you can see on the buyers order that is exactly what she signed to. I'm sure the DMV in Kansas didn't explain to her that they charge taxes on the rebates in Kansas and that is why the invoice shows $29358 as the sale price since that is before the $2500 in rebates. She seems to be confused as to how much the car she purchased was and we would be happy to show her every piece of paper she signed if she would like to come in and do so. The MSRP on the Cherokee was $30975 which she paid $26858 after the rebates and we gave her $23000 for her 2012 Mercedes.
