Landmark-Fleet Surveyors

Review: We had contacted the landmark-fleet to survey and mark the lines and to provide us with the certificate so we can put up a fence. They came and marked the lines and put the flag up when we weren't home and called us up and said they finished the job. The guy said they had put metal in ground incase flags flew away or something. My husband paid him and asked for certificate and he said it would come in mail. We even contacted through email to which no one replied back. We waited but never received the certificate. We paid $200 for marking to which aren't even sure are done properly. I called the company and the guy says it is a $600 job and wonders as to how they did for $200 and it sure doesn't cover the certificate because it's expensive. He said that it was just for marking and when I said you guys didn't say that before coming and he says it should've been understood as there is no surveyor company that does it less than $600 dollars. He didn't seem to have any respect for the company that he works for and for the customers. I asked to speak with the manager and he responds by saying he is the manager. When I asked the company's name to confirm, he says his company has no name and I asked him again to make sure if I heard it right and he refused to give his company name.Desired Settlement: I feel sorry for the company because employees like these are the reason companies get bad reputation. I just want the company to finish the job they charged me for, I was promised a certificate for the markings and would be appreciated if I get that, thank you.
