have been working with the customer and keeping him updated on the progress.   Also, as you can see we have worked to complete everything Mr. [redacted] has asked for and all is working correctly with the exception of the camera that was damaged by a rodent.   With regards to his statement “may not be certified by Home Land Security to install security systems”  - per the United States there is no Home Land Security certification, however, we do hold the state of Texas license.   If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me at any time.   Thank you, [redacted]
