Review: Back in April of this year I purchased some items from Venus Fashion in Romulus MI, and because I live in Kelowna, BC I had to use the companies delivery system that dealt with all their shipping and border and customs duties and taxes payments. The company is Landmark Global and the TOTAL combined shipping that I was required to prepay to Landmark Global was $72.74 CAD.Only 2 out of the 9 items I had ordered were kept and the rest of the items I had sent back to Venus and exchanged for a new sizes and than I paid the duties a SECOND TIME to have the new rightsizes of clothing shipped back to me. I contacted CBSA border services and received a letter stating that I must contact LANDMARK GLOBAL directly and ask for B3 accoutning documentation so that CBSA can process and issue my refund. I have been trying to contact Landmark global for 6 months I have not been able to reach a single person to help me with this case. I have tried everything to contact this company and nothing is working!Desired Settlement: I needLandmark global to contact me and send me the appropriate b3 accounting documentation that the canadian border services agency requested me to have so they could accept and to process my refund.
I have been a customer at venus for over 10 years now. Landmark Global is awful, there is no way to contact them. Venus has had to refund money to me on several occasions because Landmark has sat on the parcels, never to been seen again. I have complained many times to Venus and apparently they were dealing with Landmark. It has been over six months since I have shopped at Venus because of the problems with Landmark. I have submitted 2 orders and AGAIN, they are sitting in Landmark Global for over a week now, no change on the status, no delivery. I was hoping things have changed but apparently not. Too bad, I loved the store, but not worth it any more. Too difficult to receive the goods in Canada because of the incompetency at Landmark Global
Review: Landmark was contracted by Amazon to deliver a package that was intended as a Christmas present. This package never arrived and, according to Landmark's tracking information, seems to have got stuck in Columbus, Ohio. While Amazon dutifully sent a replacement item, which arrived, albeit after Christmas thus negating all the extra charges for "express" shipping, Landmark refuses to respond to any inquiries about the missing item (even Amazon cannot seem to get in touch with them). As a customer, I find it tremendously disappointing that they cannot even acknowledge my existence.Desired Settlement: All I want is for Landmark to respond to my inquiries. They do not even have to apologize; just a simple acknowledgement that the item was lost.
Review: I have purchased the personal microderm from PMD. It was to be shipped via USPS. When it arrived into Canada it was supposed to be shipped Canada Post as most packages would be, however it was handed off to Landmark Global. My package was never delivered and PMD has received payment (over $200 CDN) and both parties keep giving me the run around. A few minutes ago I found the number to Apple Express (the carrier landmark global shipped it with) and they refused to give me the number to Landmark Global. After some investigative work, I found a number to reach them. I have tried to reach someone at Landmark Global at the following numbers ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and all lines just ring out.
PMD keeps giving me the run around (they just agreed to email Landmark). I would like my package located and my money for the shipping returned to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the item delivered or a complete refund of my purchase.
