desire to have satisfied customers and attempt to resolve any concerns they may have. Typically, we can come to a mutually satisfactory solution when dealing with the actual circumstances of a situation. In this case, that seems difficult. *** *** is claiming she was told there were three people in a class. In our years in business, we have never had classes start with three students. In fact, it would be less advantageous to the students to have that few. The ability to work with others on the runway and in acting is improved with more people. Regarding the quality of the materials handed out to *** ***’s daughter, we have not had any problems with any of these materials in the past. We have been using the same vendor for more than years without problems. If *** *** had an issue with her brushes or t-shirts, we would gladly replace them. We are not sure how to respond to *** ***’s comments regarding the signing of a contract that clearly states the program enrolled, the price, when payments are due and how much each payment requires, a cancelation period, signature of both parties and date. Also, *** *** is telling your office her daughter attended two classes, when in fact, she attended four classes. Her dates of attendance were: Class One 4/24/signed in at 11:a.m., signed out 2:p.m., Class Two 4/24/signed in 3:p.m., signed out 6:p.m., Class Three 4/30/signed in 9:a.m., signed out 1:p.m., Class Four 4/30/signed in 1:p.m., signed out 4:p.m. We reviewed the comments her daughter made during class and there is no indication of any dissatisfaction with any of her classesIn fact, there are positive comments. We did, however, find unsolicited comments from the instructors regarding *** ***’s involvement in her daughters program and its impact on her daughter’s participation. This simply does not seem like a good fit for either party. We not only will forgo the contractual obligation of $673.64, we will refund her entire amount paid, upon her return of all materials given to her daughter, a value of $100. If she would bring the materials back in the condition they were given to her, since she claims they were unusable, we will refund the entire $370. If we do not receive the materials back, we will refund $270. We will have no further obligation to *** ***, under the terms of the contract signed, nor will she to us. We would suggest *** *** contact MsAnnie H*** to make arrangements to return the items, understanding the office opens after 2:p.m. Monday through Thursday. We are pleased we were able to resolve this situation in a timely and amicable manner. Sincerely, James G***President

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to note tho, I am NOT *** ***, that is the woman who we spoke to at John CasablancasMy name is *** *** and my daughter is *** ***If John Casablancas would like, I do indeed have a text message from *** ***, who represents John Casablancas, confirming she did in fact tell me that there was only going to be people in class with my daughterShe as well as, told another student who was in class with my daughterIf you would like to hear from her, I can arrange thatI did indeed, write my concerns on the class sheet that is handed in, at no point did I see any negative comments about my daughters participation or myself, as I was the person who last handled the paper prior to handing it in. The whole incident is very unfortunateI am sorry for both parties that it did not work out. I would like to keep this complaint open until I do indeed receive my refund as well as a letter from the loan holder, stating I no longer owe this debt. I thank you for your time and concern on this matter
