The customer was offered insurance, and declined at time of shippingI have a signed legal document stating no insuranceThe contract also states that all insurance is through the freight company that handled the shipmentAlthough no insurance was taken, Logical Logistics has notified the freight company of concealed damage and will still attempt to file a claim for the damaged merchandiseThe customer has been made aware of this, I need a detailed list of all damages- along with a value for each itemThis was supposed to be 5-business days in transit and this shipment did take an extra 5-business daysThe freight company that hauled this, cross docked it, this was also when we incurred heavy rain and there was a lot of flooding which delayed a lot of trucks, which ultimately delayed shipments, meaning this shipment in particular sat at a freight terminal for 2-extra days alsoI've been in communication with the customer the whole time, and I'm still waiting to hear back so we can work together on the claim
