Per complaint ID [redacted] we never received an order for an 80 Twisted Spoke Wheel with Red Powder Coated Rims and Red Powder Coated Hubs as stated. If an order was...
attempting to be placed then at that time the customer would have been advised the color requested was no longer available. Our catalog and website are updated every two years.
Thank you,[redacted]

Review: This company works closely with a local Harley-Davidson dealership that we ordered a wheel for our motorcycle through. Landmark sent out catalogs of their parts this year to the Harley shop which we looked through and chose what we wanted. Landmark offers to powder coat the rim and hub at no additional charge ( I have attached a copy). In their catalog is all the colors they offer. We went with the 80 spoke twisted rim with a red rim and a red hub. This order was placed with the company at which time we were not notified that this rim couldn't be made. It is however what they advertise and had not made the Harley-Davidson shop aware of any changes. Almost 2 weeks, we were expecting the rim any day, we were contacted by the Harley shop that they no longer make the rims in any other colors but black. Landmark had not contacted the Harley shop till the rim was actually on the assembly line. We were informed they stopped doing this a year ago (before the Harley shop received the catalogs showing the services). However, on their website you can still order the color rims as well (I have attached a copy). The Harley shop received no explanation besides "The owner can make changes whenever he wants and we have too many customers to personally call and let them know of these changes." I called and spoke to a receptionist by the name of [redacted] who also explained to me they only offer gloss black as a color now. I asked when this changed and she said "Over a year ago!" I asked why all the color options are still available on the website and she said "I will have someone get right on that, I wasn't aware they were." If this service was no longer offered this should have been explained to the Harley dealership who does a lot of business with them and before the rim was actually in production. This particular Harley shop does a lot of business with this company, their actual rims are on a floor display as well.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stand by their product and advertising and have the rim powder coated red as we requested. I want our order that was placed to be fulfilled. They advertise the services, they need to stand by it. If they want to phase out this service than they need to take the proper steps and contact their dealerships so they aren't selling products that can't even be done. And obviously stop the advertising that they offer this when in fact they DO NOT!
