We take our original standThe Attorney General has alreadydismissed this complaintI stepped up and paid [redacted] so thatour customer could get back on the road ASAPFrom there all we received were lies, like the transmission pump wentout when it was a power steering lineAlso saying the repair was not coveredbecause it was preexisting [redacted] deemed it not preexisting and the warranty company paid We negotiated a deal that worked for bothpartiesWhen the vehicle left Landmark it was in good running and cosmeticorder We have sold over cars sincewe opened in We have had approximately complaints over that timeThismeans 99.75% of Landmark Motors customers were satisfiedWe do our best tohelp our customers and take care of them, even though used cars in WA are sold"AS IS" This person is nowlibeling lies about our company, like we are writing our own reviews and otherclaims that are simply falseWe have sent all of the information to ourattorneysThey are now building a case of Defamation for claims onSocial Media and other venuesWe will seek legal action for damages againstthis personYou can’t make factual statements about any company and hurttheir business, it is against the lawRCW 9.58.010: Libel Thank you[redacted]
