Review: Brian Sp[redacted] (the only person involved in Landmark Oaks LLC.) is a landlord with whom I am in a contract. He failed to collect for 9 mos. (didn't give us account access) and then accidentally charged us twice for every month (not allowed by our contract). We are unable to contact him as calling his business number 9-20 times daily yields no results, much less an answered phone call. We refuse to pay double rent or be forced into paying his court fees should he choose to sue.Desired Settlement: Take away the accidental double rent charges and start picking up your telephone.

Review: Brian S[redacted] of Landmark Oak has not returned multiple phone calls regarding return of security deposit paid on April 16, 2014. The lease ended on May 31, 2015. I sent a certified letter inquiring about the security deposit which was returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the security deposit refunded as there has been no communication related to any damages tied to the lease period.
