Response to *** ***'s complaint:The customer purchased a Dodge Caliber from Landmark of Taylorville on 1/16/16. To ready the vehicle for retail sale it was serviced by a Landmark Service Technician for a total parts and service expense of $1700. The vehicle passed a safety
inspection and was sold "as is" with 113, odometer miles at the time of purchase. The vehicle has been in for service a number of times this year for various problems. The customer was not charged for any of these repairs. Each time the customer was without the vehicle, a nearly new loaner vehicle was provided by Landmark at no charge to the customer. Most recently the transmission was repaired, and Landmark paid $for the portion of that bill not covered by the extended service contract. Landmark of Taylorville was prompt and professional in every manner of dealing with the customer.

I am responding to your December 16, complaint received from ID ***. The customer's complaint states she was aware the dash was cracked at the time of purchase, which was months ago. A cracked dash is not a safety issue. The crack cannot be repaired, and there was no
written promise by Landmark to repair the cracked dash. A cracked dash is not a safety issue, which the customer claimed in the complaint.A new dash can be installed at the customer's expense

I am responding to your April 11, complaint received from ID ***.? The customer purchased a vehicle from Landmark of Taylorville on March 10, and brought the vehicle in on March 20, to add running boards.? While returning the vehicle to the customer's home on March 26,
2018, another vehicle ran into the customer's vehicle in a parking lot damaging the left front fender, bumper and headlight.? The other vehicle was at fault and the claim was submitted? to the other vehicle's insurance company.? Landmark had the customer's vehicle repaired by a reputable body shop and restored to its condition prior to the accident.? Landmark apologizes for the inconvenience and is pleased to have quickly repaired the vehicle to its condition prior to the accident. As an accommodation for the inconvenience of the accident and subsequent repair, Landmark will offer the customer a complementary ProPack at no charge.? The Landmark ProPack is a $retail value and includes application of paint sealant and interior fabric protection.? The ProPack includes a year limited warranty against certain exterior and interior damage.? Some Exclusions apply and are outlined in the warranty registration on the issue date
