I would like to state the [redacted]’s home has been rough graded. [redacted] has email me over 30 times on this matter. His emails started not 24 hours after closing.                Kindly we told [redacted] we could not rough grade...

till it was dry. We had several weeks were it rain and stormed a lot here in De Pere. To do rough grade properly the ground must be 100% dry. Also, we did schedule the excavation company over 4 times to get it done and were rained out.                 [redacted] seems not to understand the construction business and schedules he would like to snap his fingers and have it done. His emails have been rude, crude and demanding.                Though I have SEVERAL emails on how happy he is with his home.                 The work has been finished. Next week we have our landscaper cleaning window well. ( 2 pieces of paper from the wind)                   His punch list has been completed. Honestly in my 25 years of construction I have never been treated so poorly considering we cannot grade his home with mud property.                His demands are part of the offer but he is clearly not understating rough grade requirements. I spoke to him and answered all his emails.                 I have never ignored him.                 Work is completed as of last week so the letter you sent just crossed over.                 IF you have any questions please let me know.

I am calling about the letter you sent to us on a concretematter on a home we built over a year ago.On our 1 year home warranty there are 3 places that state weneither can nor will warranty concrete. On each statement the home owner signsoff. This is because no company in the Brown County area...

willwarranty it. We did inspect the home and our findings were that there is somepitting that was caused by the salt that builds up on the back of tires duringthe winter months. In fact the pitting is in the general area of where the caris parked and the snow/ice buildup melts. This is not a builder issue it is asare warranty states a “defect which are the result of characteristics common tothe material used”We have the paper work they signed off on ALL concretestating disclosures on ice melt and salt. In that it states that ice melt withsalt WILL cause scaling and pitting.  Weare not responsible for this. If you would like a copy of the signed paper workI will send it over. Please note our warranty on the home is for one yearExcluding concrete, the buyers are no longer in warranty nor did they  notify us as correct as per the warranty. If you have any questions please LET ME KNOW. Currently wehave built over 500+ home in the last 6 years. We pride ourselves on beingfair. Unfortunately concrete is not covered and the home owners had totalknowledge of this when they signed off consecutive times. If the Revdex.com could finda concrete company that will warranty their work from pitting, cracking, andscaling for a year we would be happy to use them.

Review: I'm having issues with concrete in the garage, cracking and peeling up because the contractor stated that they poured the concrete with frost in the ground. Also there is a big crack in my cealing running from my living room through to the kitchen wall. The builder won't even come over and check out the concrete or the cracks in the ceiling. The person that called me on the phone from Landmark told me that all cathedral ceilings have hairline cracks in them, mine does not have a hairline crack in it. Mine has cracks where you can see the edge of the drywall seperating.Desired Settlement: Fix the concrete in the garage so that the area doesn't peel all the way up and fix the cracks in my cathedral ceilings.

Review: I recently purchased a home from Landmark Real Estate and Development in De Pere, WI. I closed on the home on July 24, 2015. At that time there were still a few things that needed to be completed on the home, two of which included rough grading of the yard and providing proper drainage in the egress window well (rocks and cleaning). I was OK with this at the time, as the owner of Landmark signed an agreement indicating that all of these items would be completed within two weeks, which, not counting weekends, put the deadline at August 10, 2015. It is now September 2, 2015, and these two items are still not complete, nor have they been started. My realtor and I reached out numerous times to the agent representing Landmark Real Estate and Development reminding them of the delinquent contract. On August 18, 2015, the agent told us that they have nothing to do with the grading and that we should work directly with the owner of Landmark Real Estate and Development. My realtor working on my behalf then called the owner of Landmark numerous times, and when finally getting ahold of them, was told on August 18, 2015 that there were three bids out for the remaining work. We were not provided with any estimated completion date. Since then my realtor has followed up multiple times with phone calls and messages, which have all been ignored. The grading and egress window well are still not complete. I am very concerned as winter is approaching and I do not want to have issues with my cement and foundation due to drainage and erosion. Additionally, the unfinished window well is concerning me every time it rains as I do not want to get water in my basement. The lack of communication and disregard of the contract is very frustrating. I understand that contractors experience delays; however, both my realtor and I agree that this delinquency is excessive. Although there have been periods of rain, which I understand prevents grading, there have been ample periods of dry weather as well, when this grading and egress window well work could have and should have been completed. I would like this remaining work done on my house as promised.

I am a first time home buyer, and was very excited and nervous about the purchase of my new home. Landmark Real Estate and Development in De Pere, WI has added so much unwanted and unnecessary stress to a process which should have been enjoyable for me. If I had to build again in the future I would choose a different builder at all costs.Desired Settlement: I believe that Landmark Real Estate and Development has a responsibility to complete the items that were promised in the contract including:

- Proper rough grading of the yard

- Providing proper drainage in the egress window well
