We had Landmark replace patio roofs that were poorly installed by another contractor, replace many cracked tiles, pressure wash the whole roof, re-caulk all vent pipes, and clean the guttersThey arrived on time, did excellent work and cleaned upThey paid extra attention to the details and even found an exact match for our year-old concrete tiles at a supplier over an hour away! On time, excellent work and fair prices - I highly recommend them for any residential roofing work

Excellent service. Josue responded to my call quickly, arrived at the agreed upon time, found the roof leak in less than ten minutes. We scheduled the repair to be about two weeks out so he voluntarily did a temporary caulking patch to hold back any water in case it rained before the repairs could be done. Sure enough it did rain so I was very glad that he suggested the temporary solution. He and his crew arrived as scheduled (early) and completed the job in less than four hours. Josue even takes pictures of theaters of their work so that I could see what they did and why.

Landmark Roofing did an outstanding complete roofing replacement for our house. They showed up on time. They were exacting in their work and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for anybody.

I was very impressed with this company and Mr. Josue T honesty, knowledge and competence from the estimate through project completion. He inspected everything, answered all questions, and did everything as promised. The roof was completed in a few days including adding all new plywood. The price was very fair. The roof looks beautiful. With the reflective shingles and O'Hagin vents, I expect the house will be cooler in summer and save energy. I've already had compliments from a neighbor on both the look of the roof as well as how impressed he was with how the work was done. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent company,workmanship and problem solving skill-
sets. They just completed a complex roofing leak project on a 3200 s.f. clay tile roof at my home in Vista. The work was completed on time, within budget and the work ethic of the workers involved,including the owner was of the highest standards.
