I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me
All Hoop Da Hoop aside, the manager,s response clearly indicates " Poor Maintenance Performance" , whether past or present was a major issue and my recent complaint, was not two thousand years ago!, and the " Present Manager" was not living on Mars during the countless times " Hot Water Was Interrupted", which was my primary complaint," So lets tell the truth and shame Da Devil", however the manager response also indicates that " Maintenance Performance will improve and peace and "Quiet Enjoyment" which is the strongest right of a tenant will be taken more seriously, so if the manager and The Entire Steeplechase Organization hold true to their words concerning improvement of " Maintenance Performance, then we can consider this matter as resolved, however I would also like to interject some words of good gesture, The Steeplechase Organization has installed " New Air Condition Units"! which has brought great credit to themselves and their organization as a whole. also promised me that he would go into your system and correct his statementMr *** has lived here since 11/20/the statements that he was making in his letter were due to all the issues he has had since he has been hereWe are a new Owner and Management Company that just took over in October We are currently under renovation and have informed the residents of the renovation.We are trying to not only improve the property but also the service that the residents were receiving from previous management.We did sent out a notice in regards to no hot water due to one of our boilers not working, that happen to feed Mr*** section and needed to be replacedWe also informed those resident should this be an inconvenience to please call the officeMr *** did not call until days later to request a concessionAt that time we informed him that a clean vacant unit in an other section was available for him to take a hot shower? ? Since we've received your letter we have made personal contact with Mr*** in regards to his concerns and desired settlement.He apologized for not informing you of the problems that were with previous management and the only issue he had with us was the boiler breaking on us tha is under warranty and we could not touch itWe had to wait for a new one to be deliveredWe did offer Mr.*** and any other resident a discount off of their utility bill for the inconveniencePlease feel free to contact us if you should have any questions at 281-890-Thank you?
