Excellent serviceJosue responded to my call quickly, arrived at the agreed upon time, found the roof leak in less than ten minutesWe scheduled the repair to be about two weeks out so he voluntarily did a temporary caulking patch to hold back any water in case it rained before the repairs could be doneSure enough it did rain so I was very glad that he suggested the temporary solutionHe and his crew arrived as scheduled (early) and completed the job in less than four hoursJosue even takes pictures of theaters of their work so that I could see what they did and why

Excellent company,workmanship and problem solving skill- sets. They just completed a complex roofing leak project on a 3200 s.f. clay tile roof at my home in Vista. Had a great experience with Landmark for the installation of a new roof on our townhouse. From the initial meeting with Rob to the finished product, the entire experience went well. The roof was installed within a week of my meeting with Rob. The gentlemen arrived early on the day of installation and were gone and cleaned up before I got home from work. The roof looks wonderful. I would certainly recommend this company. Great job!

Rob and Shannon were fantastic to work with! Rob came out to the house for our consultation and provided a wealth of knowledge and information on the various roofing products and which ones were best for our situation and why. Landmark Roofing is GAF certified which means my 50 year roof now has a 50 year warranty that will not cost me money for any necessary repairs during the entire 50 year period. The team that came out to install the roof showed up on time and got right to work. They were quick and left the yard and porch clean. I love the magnet roll that made sure all dangerous objects were found and removed so the kids don't hurt themselves as they run around the yard. Last, but certainly not least, the free power wash for the house is a nice bonus!!
