Review: On 3/4/2013 Landmark delivered 320 gallons of propane to my home. The bill was $506.39. I was not on the auto fill nor did I call to have my tank filled. I complained to Landmark that I did not want this propane. They continued to bill me for this and have charged me interest on this. They have since turned it over to collections and now it appears on my credit report. I had switched to a different heat source in February and did not need this propane. When they delivered I still had over 100 gallons in the tank, this would have lasted me two years at which time I would have had them install a smaller tank and fill that. The gas they delivered is still in the tank. I have not used it.Desired Settlement: I want them to pickup their tank with the unused/unordered propane. I want the finance charges reversed and I want there collection agency to remove this from my credit report.

Response:

On 10/21/13 [redacted] notified us he would like the tank picked up at which time we scheduled the work to be done. This type of work during our busy season (now) can take up to two weeks to accomplish. On 10/24/13 [redacted] called again upset the tank hadn’t been removed. We fast-tracked his work order and our propane tank was picked up on 10/31/13. He has been credited for the gas that was pumped out and his account is now at a zero balance.

Resolution to this complaint was successful.
