I responded in the secondary email that ***'s corners have been set and that we did not remove her old corners because we did not set them. I do not remove other surveyors corners. That is up to the other surveyor or land owner and even then should not be done until the corrected documents have been filed. The plat shows what is set at each corner. Those corners are also marked with 3 ft. wood stakes that are flagged and usually painted orange. We can meet at the property on Saturday 1/16 or 1/30 in case of bad weather. I will go over the spelling on plats and if they are misspelled, I will correct and print new ones. Please provide correct spelling. We also need to know that [redacted] is good with the corrections and if she is not that she will not create an issue while we are out there. As I said we are going back on our own time and not charging for that. Thanks [redacted] ***

The contents of the agreement per conversations with [redacted] and [redacted]:

·        Monies are expected to be paid (in full) to [redacted] Surveying by one person, on the day that the drawing is provided.

This is my memory of the conversations; thus please let me know your thoughts. Have a great day.

[redacted],Everything looks good.  The only thing I have any concern with is the time frame.  We will begin work next week, Possibly the later part of this week.  We should be able to finish up by the 1st. But weather can be a killer. It is raining here today.  Also going in do I need to assume that we will be working with 7 tracts?  Who will make that final decision. Do you want to type out a contract or do you want me to do it.Thanks
Good morning Mr. [redacted]. The 2 weeks can be changed, but I thought that was what you all said. I don’t quite understand what you mean by “7 tracts” and will assume that you mean 7 divisions of property, which will result in 7 separate deeds. If I am assuming correctly, the answer is yes. I thought the decision would be determined by you all once you visited the property and determined whether the 8th tract would need to be re-surveyed due to technicalities or problems caused to the other tracts. I am a novice at this and am learning as I go. We will rely on your professional opinion. I would prefer that you type out the contract. Also, can you provide a location and time for meeting tomorrow?

That is what I mean by tracts.  That is just the term I use.  We will do our best to use the existing tract as long as the survey is correct and it does not create a problem with the other tracts (divisions).
