tuitions are non-refundable. In addition, our Vancouver Manager, Roy James, informed me that Ms. [redacted] confirmed to him that she authorized the $495 charge on her credit card at the time she registered. However, consistent with Landmark's 100% customer satisfaction Policy, I have arranged for Ms. [redacted] to receive a full refund of her tuition (not just the $495 she requested). The refund is being processed today and she should receive the credit to her card within the week.
