After speaking with Ms. Andrea [redacted], a representative of Versons Auto the case was not resolved. Ms. [redacted] informed me that they will not be able to give me another car as she stated in her previous email. Ms. [redacted] stated that if I were to get another car from the dealership I would have to start a new contract completely over and purchase the new car. mileage rollback/rollover on10/16/2013. Please be advised Versons received this car from the auction on 10/17/13. Upon further review of the car check it is listed this vehicle was reported at the Auction on 10/16/13. Please use this date as assurance Versons was not in possession of the car at the time of the noted rollover/rollback as we purchased the car after the notation. If you notice it does appear issues began around 02/11 thru 04/13 and again around 10/16/13.As Versons would not be able to refund monies during the time the car was purchased and used, we would like the opportunity to put you in a car of choice if we can agree to terms.
