This claim is purely FALSE!!! Clearly states, in the FAQ section on my website www.LandOKicks.net, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL! LandOKicks do not return or exchange items." ... also clearly states on the listing/description for each sneaker too, "FREE SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM. ALL SALES FINAL. NO...

CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS ACCEPTED ON THIS PRODUCT." ... just like [redacted] did not honor his "buyers remorse" claim on his purchase of these sneakers, LandOKicks will not. And to respond to the claim of trying to contact us, nothing of the sort happened. The buyer was not forced to buy the sneaker, buyer willing went on to website - added the size to cart - then made the payment fully on their own. How would you feel scammed if you fully made your own decision on purchasing the sneaker? and, also check the FAQ for how to correctly contact us here at LandOKicks. Tons of others haven't had any problems contacting us in the 8 years we have been up and running. 1st ever complaint like this too. We at LandOKicks are all about doing correct business and are here for the people, but the correct people not people out here trying to run scams or have buyers remorse.

Review: I ordered a pair of nike dunk high premium QS sb black sheep size 13 on august ** 2014, after a few minutes I researched about the website Landokicks and Im not satisfied with the feedbacks online. so I decided to call them, I checked the website and there is no phone number customer service, because of that I got worried. I want to cancel my order. the only available means to ctact them is by email. so I did email them. 2 to 3 times, no reply. and I called [redacted] to ask what can I do, I explained my side and they adviced me to call them. [redacted] gave the number, I called in the morning, no one answered just voice recording. I left a message. and still no call back until now. I already received the shoes, it does not come with the receipt. only the email receipt from their website. I am not sure if they are authorized retailer.. no communication as in zero. in their website there is no return or exchange policy.. but im questioning it because I tried to communicate with the seller after a few minutes of the time of purchase, and they are the one who cannot reply or answer my emails and call.. buyer and seller must have good communication, not like this.. I opened a dispute in [redacted] and they decided in the sellers favor. the agent I spoke with just described it as the buyer don't want the shoes anymore.. I did explain to the [redacted] agent carefully my reason. I hope [redacted] can help me with the issue.. I felt scammed because of this. that I was forced to take the shoes because they have no communication. the and item is not yet delivered at the time of my purchase august ** 2014 at 9:30 pm. but the suspicious part is they updated me with the tracking number.. can you believe that? and they don't care to check the emails or phone voice messages? its questionable clearly... I really regret buying shoes in their website worth $249.99 + $10 tax. without the respect as a buyer. I was ignored.. a good business should not be like this they just want the money. I hope you can help me. thank youDesired Settlement: full refund and return shipping cost.. and pls put up a customer service phone number and email address that is live and functional to answer the needs and questions of customers
