Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Sent: Wednesday, September 09, 10:AM Subject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint # [redacted] Thank you Airtronics, for your apology as this is the first time I've received one Additionally, thank you for agreeing to return the $when should I expect to receive it?

Are the issues resolved? __X__NoAirtronic’s has made no repair and has not collected and moniesAirtronic’s is not forcing the homeowner to do anything and we also do not want to do business with this personThere are hundreds of companies in HoustonIf they are not satisfied with Airtronic’s pick one

We will be glad to refund the home owner the $they paid for freon, and apologize for all the inconvenience they experiencedAirtronics has been in business years, so we obviously can repair HVAC systemsHowever, when there is a third party involved i.e home warranty company decisions are not always ours to make

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Airtronics has accepted payment through [redacted] with whom they are contracted. [redacted] is requiring that Airtronics due the repairs since they were the contractor [redacted] originally hired or [redacted] will pay a well below market value price for the repair because of the pre-negotiated contract [redacted] has with Airtronics. I simply want my unit repaired per the contract that I have with [redacted] and [redacted] has with Airtronics. At the advise of the A/C department of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation I am filing complaints with TDLR on both Airtronics and [redacted]. I will also be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office on both Airtronics and [redacted].

I have already had the repairs reviewed by other TACL at my own expense and as is standard with TDLR replacement is grandfathered. I have also verified this with the City of Houston and City of Katy.Airtronics is simply trying to entrap customers into paying for unnecessary repairs.

The A/C system did have intermittent problem, but we did install a new compressor on 8/21/2015. We have not heard from the home owner since. The home owner has [redacted], when she requested another company through [redacted] that basically took us out of the loop.

You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #[redacted]   It's perfectly clear this company is not capable of appropriately assessing A/C problems.  As previously stated I originally contacted [redacted] regarding A/C problems, the first week in June.   From that point until August 21 this company has had to return to my home almost weekly because the problems they identified and then claimed to fix never resulted in a working A/C system (for more than a week at best).  At current my A/C is still not working!  As a result I requested [redacted] to provide another contractor to assess, repair and/or replace the system.   I made a mistake in my original complaint to Revdex.com as I would like a refund of the $150.00 that was paid to Airtronics for freon which clearly was not the issue.  The other contractor has assessed the problem is working to address.

Airtronics Company has unqualified and incompetents employees and its incompetent company. Please feel free to contact [redacted] to verify everything I said, you may use my name and my phone number to look up the record. This home owner was extremely rude to the people in the office. WE will no longer be servicing this customer in the future.

new coil. Refrigerant locking caps is a new code, the home warranty does not cover the refrigerant. These are all items not covered by the homeowners policy.
