Do Not Use! This company was assigned by our home warranty company to come and look at our AC attic blower fan I was contacted by them on a Monday, their first available appointment was Thursday and we would be the second call that day(I get it, it's August in Arizona and everyone's AC is on the fritz) Thursday comes, my brother-in-law is waiting in a 98+ degree house during the hour window they provided us and at 11:I received a call from Mariah (Blake's wife) that he injured his finger on the previous call and was headed to the ER (again, I understand accidents happen) They didn't contact the warranty company to inform them that they were unable to complete the service call that day Waited all day for a call back from her to confirm if Blake would be able to come out the following morning Finally at 6:pm I received a call that yes he would be able to come out again during the hour window of 8- When I asked if we could be scheduled as the first call at 8:Mariah became very rude, snotty, and condescending to me I ended the call by stating I would contact my home warranty company to find another contractor They have incredibly poor customer service, they don't communicate with the warranty company and are not professional at all I'm not seeing my original review so I'm not sure if it was deleted, removed or what but in response to the comment made from Landon Heating & Cooling LLC: I did not have unreasonable expectations considering when my appointment was originally scheduled I was told we would be the 2nd call of the dayThen I was bumped to the 3rd call of the day because the previous job was running behind, but how is it that someone magically got in front of me? And I was not demanding until Mariah began yelling at me and speaking to me very rudelyAlso, if you have other customers and only one technician (at least it seems as though you only have one technician) maybe you should've told the warranty company that your schedule was too full to accommodate another clientEspecially considering we've had extreme temperatures for the past week (upwards of 110-114)These are dangerous temperatures for my small childrenYour lack of customer service is very disappointing and I've since seen other reviews stating similar problems
