I am in acceptance and agree with the resolution as outlined, we are awaiting follow up and installation. I am rejecting this response because: the work order...
Landon gave the tile company was to "touch up" the dye on the grout not replace or remove grout and fix hollow tiles. The technician from the tile company confirmed over 20 of the tiles I marked (just in the main walkway) fell into the 80/20 coverage and should be replaced. Tech could not comment on removing grout, as they have to contact Landon before going further. some of the timesThe dye is not working and the grout needs to be replaced and the "hollow" tiles need to be fixed.

Our Operations Manager has spoken with Mr. [redacted] and is working out the a/c concerns. The a/c concern will be wrapped up before June 30.
