I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I have been contacted by the Operations Manager at Landon Homes and they have agreed to replace the air conditioner in our home.  I am in acceptance and agree with the resolution as outlined, we are awaiting follow up and installation. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter, We are happy that this issue is finally being resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: the work order...

Landon gave the tile company was to "touch up" the dye on the grout not replace or remove grout and fix hollow tiles.  The technician from the tile company confirmed over 20 of the tiles I marked (just in the main walkway) fell into the 80/20 coverage and should be replaced.  Tech could not comment on removing grout, as they have to contact Landon before going further. some of the timesThe dye is not working and the grout needs to be replaced and the "hollow" tiles need to be fixed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Landon has resolved all the outstanding issues I had with my new house that is covered by the builders warranty.  Your help is much appreciated and I hope I do not need to request the assistance from Revdex.com in the future but am very comforted in knowing this organization is ready to help when necessary.  Thank you!

Our Operations Manager has spoken with Mr. [redacted] and is working out the a/c concerns. The a/c concern will be wrapped up before June 30.
