broken and the repair was delayed due to back order on the part needed to repair it. [redacted] wanted to ensure that the residents mail was secured. As a multifamily complex, we cannot guarantee a pest free apartment. Your lease mentions that bedbugs are easily acquired when traveling or bringing in used furniture to mention a few. We must be given the opportunity to treat an apartment if any issues are encountered. A pest issue must be reported to management so that management can send a licensed pest control company to inspect and treat. Pest control is available free of charge for all residents. Unfortunately, we believe that some residents do not report it to the leasing office because they associate it to uncleanliness which is false belief.   We strive to make this community a place our residents can call home and we are always open to new suggestions. This is in response to complaint #[redacted] about being towed while parked at Landon Park. Landon Park requires a parking permit if not parked in the visitor parking spaces. There are 24 signs on the property that state it’s a private property and permits are required. Residents sign a lease that...

goes over the parking program and they are agree to follow the policies. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse towing charges.
