Landover National (residual leasing program)

Review: This company helps people find apartments for people who have credit challenges such as no credit, poor credit and evictions. I no longer needed services from this company in April 2014 because I found an apartment on my own. I notified the representative of the company who is Larry Stephens and told him I want to cancel services. He then said to email him a cancellation letter stating why I no longer need services, when I want to cancel services, include my name, address, city, state and zip code. He verbally stated to me that I will receive a full refund in the amount of $700 within 30 days. I have been waiting for 2 months. After many attempts of phone calls, emails and faxes I have yet to receive what is now due and payable to me. If this company is in Maryland it shouldn't take 30 days to refund anyone's money. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: Mail check in my full name to the address indicated in the complaint.
