I am rejecting this response because: The statements made by the
contractor are completely fabricated and falseI can provide both email documentation and phone records of thisAs I stated in the original complaint, I did not want to provide this at the beginning and overburden your office with paperwork when I was hoping for a fast resolutionI am happy to provide all these if requested to prove my caseI am actually extremely offended by the comments made by the contractorHe did not return phone calls, and did not complete the work he was hired to do, and in fact made my lawn worseA third party also agreed that his work was not being done properlyAlso, when I confronted him about the lawn being overgrown with weeds even though he was to provide weed control, his comment was "Oh, your package did not include weed control" even though I specifically was told it was and it was on the quoteThis is when we terminated him (7/6/15), and no work should have taken place after that, even if he says he did anything after that pointAnd I certainly did not confuse his work with the other contractors as they were completely separate scopes, except for the work that I hired the other contractor to perform when he did not performHe also fabricated invoices which I can also prove as the original invoice I sent payment on does not even match the later invoices he provided me, which falsified work on the propertyAs for my responsiveness, I always answer my calls and return messages, and to insinuate that a new baby prevented my response is not only false, but insultingThis response has made me even more furious with the transactionYour assistance in this matter is appreciated
