I want to recommend Landry Mechanical for a job well done and going above and beyond what we expected My daughter and son-in-law & children were out of heat, the furnace was not working, I had called another company and they came in to look at it, that company took all but minutes and walked out saying I need to order a part, the next day we tried to call that company back times and the next day no call back and so on I called Landry Mechanical and told them what was going on and said I was very upset with this company and told him that they have electrical heaters running in all the rooms which were dangerous He told me that was not right and they should be in contact with you Landry came out within minutes and told us that night what was wrong with it and also told us how much to fix it but did not recommend it because it was so old, gave us an estimate on a new one and they came out within days and put in a new one This company went about and beyond to help them, I would recommend this company to anyone!! I had a heating/air conditioning system installed by Ray and his crew. The system has been working without a hitch for the last two seasons. Landry Mech. is a highly professional organization. Ray went through the operation of the whole system with us. We are very pleased.

I Was so impressed with the way Ray approaches his work. He showed up at our house and we did a walk through once. Ray took pictures and measurement with his I pad. He didn't come back until he had to do his installation. It was a big job and Ray and his employees delivered a great seamless installation. Ray's employees have a geat attitude and work ethic. I had a positive experience with Landry Mechanical. I had not heat at a rental property on one of the first cold days of the season. I called a few companies but because I was not an established customer and they were too busy due to the cold they could not help me. I was given Ray's name and number. I called Ray and he returned my call promptly and was able to come look at my furnace the same day. He resolved the issue immediately and was kind and pleasant the entire time. Landry mechanical installed my new furnace and hot water system in October of 2015. They did a phenomenal job. I dealt with the owner, Ray, and he was always pleasant and responded promptly when I had any concerns. I had several issues with the paperwork from MassSave program and, many times, Ray was the only person who gave me the correct information. Ray gave me and estimate and stuck to it. His team installed the system in one day and it's been great ever since. My old system was over 30 yrs old and since the installation of the high efficiency system, my house is warmer than ever and my heating bill has gone down by over 60% (from ~$250 to $90). I'm very happy with my choice to upgrade my heating system and I highly recommend Landry Mechanical for the install. Ray did a great job.

We converted from oil to natural gas in the Spring of 2015. We had not used Landry Mechanical before because we were new home owners. When we contacted Ray by phone, he walked us through the process and offered to come out for a free estimate. Ray worked with our busy schedules and came one evening to view our system. He took a number of photographs for later reference, walked us through the whole process, discussed different options (including pricing) with us, and answered all of our questions. He gave us straight answers on the reputation and reliability of different brands. We hired Ray for the job and he worked with our schedules to get the job done without inconveniencing us. He pre-fabricated much of the materials at his shop, which translated into no delays. Ray and his assistant were very thorough and clean with their work. They laid drop cloths from the front door all the way down to their work area. The boiler room was very clean when the work was complete. Ray then went over all of the components with us and offered to assist us with submitting any rebate forms. We really appreciated his care toward the customer and we would highly recommend him. We will be using Ray for our future mechanical needs.

Ray Landry installed an indirect water heater and boiler in my house at the end of April. He and his co-worker are professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. Ray is extremely knowledgeable of the products he installs, and was able to provide an estimate within a 24 hr turnaround. The estimate provided 2 differently priced selections. The installation is a work of art - very neat and precise. I would highly recommend Ray for any work.
