I had worms coming up from my pavers & hired *** to resand and seal.It rained several hours after the job & washed away sealer and sand. Won't fix
I had worms coming up through my pavers into my pool and hired ***, Landscape Art to resand and seal the pavers. He told me he could take care of the problem and charged me $850. When he FINALLY came to do the job, he applied only 1 coat of sand then immediately after sprayed on sealer that was supposed to cost $250. Anyone who knows how to do this job correctly knows that sealer is not applied the same day as the sand as the sand needs time to settle and the sand should be applied 2 times not once. Sealer should not be applied until the weather forecast shows a full day of sun to dry the sealer. *** completed the job in just 2 hours, sanding and sealing and immediately asked for payment which I gave to him. Several hours after the sealer was applied it rained very hard and I noticed that the sealer was washed away.I asked him to come back to look at the job and he denied that anything was wrong. The worms are still coming out of the pavers into my pool as well as ants building nests and weeds coming up. This should never happen if the job was sealed properly.I have pictures of the pavers and several second opinions of other professionals to validate the condition of my pavers. *** continues to deny there's anything wrong and will not stand by his work. He is very rude, he lies and isunprofessional. I have called him many times for him to come back and look at the condition of my pavers which continues to deteriorate and he ignores my calls or tells me he's coming and never shows up or calls. I see on Revdex.com that several other customers have written poor reviews as well. I've been ripped off and I am extremely upset. I am a business owner and I would never treat a client this way. I am hoping that you can help me resolve this very frustrating issue.

The worst company to deal with for landscape.
Two months calling everyday after I gave half of the deposit to do my pavers and the owner ***, nasty man with no manner nor professionalism given me false promises to come to do the job.
I won't recommend this company not even to my worst enemy.

We found Shane through home advisor on a Sunday evening along with other companies to install a paver driveway. We requested quotes from all. Within a half hour Shane contacted me to set up an appointment. He was extremely professional and very personable. We hired him for the job and couldn't be happier. His team was fantastic!! The driveway is about 1000 sq ft, rip up was supposed to take one day but the team worked so efficiently they not only completed the rip up of my old driveway the first day, they also completed 1/4 of the install the same day. they completed the total install the next day and our beautiful new paver driveway was sealed and completely wonderful the third day. His brick layer is truly an artist. We strongly recommend Shane and Landscape Art Inc. and Shane G. for any paver work you need done.
