I'm going to keep this short , but in a nutshell Ms*** contacted Landscape Illumination about a fixture that she was having an issue with
After talking with her on the phone on what it might be because we wouldn't know until we looked at
the fixtureI informed her that the service call would be *** (basically the fee to show up and evaluate) and the parts to repair may be and aditional ***
One of my crews visited Ms *** home and came to conclusion that the fixture had a bulb issueWhen they turned in the paperwork the next morning, I asked them about it and they informed me They thought it was a bulb issue
Because we thought the service was completed, we issued an invoice for just the service call of ***
Ms*** got in touch with me days later and said that she was still having the same issue, I told her I would send someone out to fix the problem and not to pay the invoice until the problem was resolvedI believe that was a Friday, not sure
On Sunday evening, Ms *** called our office number which rings direct to my cell after hours a told me to forget about doing the service at her homeA few minutes later, I received an online request from an online lead service for Ms *** to repair landscape lightingI emailed her and informed her that she was still responsible for the *** invoice because that was the show up fee
We wanted the opportunity to fix her problem and I feel we got kicked off the project for no reason even after I told her she did not have to pay it until we finished the repair
Since this incident, Ms *** has proceeded to trash Landscape Illumination on all social media

I have phone documentations that I called him the day after the service was done, he didn't return my phone call for two daysI called him again on Friday to dispute the charges and that is when he answered the callOur intial conversation before I hired him, we did not discuss a service call, he specifically told me that it probably is an inner wiring malfunction and that is what will be repairedIf his technician who put a bulb in the fixture tested the systems he/she would have discovered that a bulb in the broken fixture overpowers the system and it shut down
He is correct, I did call to cancel all future dealings with his company because I believed that he was dishonest with meHe total abused the service/customer relation
Even on the invoice that he sent me it didnt state what work was done, it just says service call
And as far as me posting my opinion on social media about this company that is my right as a consumerI did not falsify or bad mouth the companyI stated my opinion about the company and their customer service
Again, I have documented emails and phone record to confirm my claim

We were originally contacted by a representative from Corvette Central after the initial sign up period of weeks had expiredAfter this period expires, the initial year contract with the client has expiredWe then enter storage mode in
which the client will be incuring storage fees until they determine what they are doing, if anythingThe reason for this was explained in detail to Corvette Central in a letter sent to Ms*** *** on 9/12/It explained where the costs came from and whyI will attempt to attach a copy of the letter for reference purposesAlso, I believe the amount Mr *** is stating is incorrect, the total due is $This situation of charging storage after the contract expires should have been explained to the client at time of saleHowever, if it wasn't, I would like to apologizeThe other item we need to discuss is the product release formLandscape Illumination does not check or go thru lights for the upcoming season without a signed contractSome lights may not work after take down last season, and those are not repaired or checked until we have a contract for the currant seasonWe must get a signed release form in order to release any lights to any clients
