12/28/16-Mr [redacted] inquired through PayPal the status of his order and initiated ? a case through the PayPal Resolution Center? PayPal automatically takes funds from my account and changes order status refunded.12/28/16-I apologized for the delay and replied that we did not have enough inventory to fulfill his order at the it was placedTold him the product had been ordered from our supplierI asked if he preferred to cancel order or wait for product to arrive and it would be shipped to him in another two days12/29/16-He replied that the refund had not shown up on his credit card or PayPal account yet12/30/16-Because he did not respond that he still wanted the product I approved the refund and closed caseHe was credited back the entire amount of his purchase

Unfortunately at the time our main customer service employee retired and we didn't have a replacement ready to step in There was also a delay from two of the manufacturers slowing fulfillment of the entire order Shortly after this complaint
was filed we spoke with the complainant and were able to ship their entire order We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused
