Review: I am filing this complaint due to the horrendous follow-through by this company namely, [redacted] -- on its warranty commitments. Specifically, it took me six months to get a single dead plant replaced. This was after dozens of emails, phone calls and texts to [redacted] that either went completely ignored or to which the responses were nothing but empty promises such as, the plants are in our yard and will be planted next week (which I heard multiple times). Meanwhile, like a fool, I reluctantly let [redacted] show my job to one of his prospective clients thinking that would expedite things. It didnt happen. Six months I am not exaggerating. Finally, the company claims to have replaced the plants but this is clearly untrue I estimate they replaced half at most. They also have refused to properly repair the gate they built. And [redacted] promised to initiate the [redacted] rebate paper work as well. Another empty promise despite multiple reminders over a period of six months. I seriously wondered if this company was still in business after being jerked around and/or outright ignored for six months. Based on the other complaint, maybe Im not too far off base. In fact, I remember [redacted] demanding my final payment even before the job was complete. I refused until it the full punch list was done. We, too got a lien notice because they hadnt paid one of their suppliers. I highly recommend you find another company if you want someone who is responsive after the job is done. It was a big selling point that they would replace all dead plants and repair the gate if needed. The bottom line is that they have not fulfilled their contract, and that is why I am filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: Either replace all the dead plants and fix the gate properly within one week, or I will pay someone else to do it and you can reimburse me.

Review: A payment was made to [redacted] at landscape management group for $2550 and was invoiced for $2257.50. A refund was promised for the amount of $292.50 on November 4th. No check has been received as of 11/14/13.

Review: After making final payment for work done to this contractor in May 2014,a Mechanics Lien was placed on our home June 6th due to an outstanding invoice that he had not paid from his concrete supplier, outstanding since February 2014. We repeatedly tried to resolve this situation with the contractor who stopped responding to our emails and phone calls over a period of months. His concrete supplier had repeated problems contacting the contractor for payment as well. I was notified today that unless the balance of his debt was paid within 3 days that the suppliers attorney would begin Foreclosure on our home !Additionally the contractor had agreed to fix any call back issues, of which there are many, and of course that has not happened either. Poor and or non existent communication and lack of follow up and payment of his debt to his supplier has resulted in our complaint. Buyer BEWARE !!Desired Settlement: 1. Reimbursement for all costs related to the release of the Mechanics lien.2. Reimbursement for all costs related to repair of new concrete cracking,and new stucco wall cracking due to poor workmanship.3. Reimbursement for all costs relating to new irrigation repair.4. Reimbursement for all costs relating to replacement of new plantings due to no irrigation at time of planting.5. Documentation relating to purchase of olive tree warranty for 5 olive trees purchased and planted by LMG.

BUYER BEWARE ! We recently finished a project with the company, paid in full, and then a month later received a notification of a MECHANICS LIEN against our home due to the company not paying a supplier on our job, and an outstanding invoice that was 4 months old. After attempting to resolve the situation with the company we were notified by the supplier that their attorney would begin FORECLOSURE on our home within 3 days if not paid off! Of course, the contractor was non responsive to our many emails and calls and our request for immediate resolution . Not a good way to do business, thus the poor rating with the Revdex.com. Check references, Angie's List, Yelp and Contractor Liscense Board information before working with this company !
