I'm not in the business of writing bad reviews, but this one can't be avoidedThis small company is terribleBelieve the star ratings you see hereI spent a few thousand dollars with this company to do some work including planting evergreens in my yardI had of the trees die within 2-weeks, and it took a lot of back and forth to get them to replace under warrantyFinally they replaced them and the new ones, I continued to water properly and they died again within weeksWhy? They don't know, and they won't provide any hypothesisBut here is what I *do* know: they have no clue how to plant a treeThey dig a hole barely the size of the root ball, they do not add compost to this region's inevitable clay soil, and they plant the trees degrees crookedAll basic stuff, peopleThings got downright ridiculous at one point when they kept promising to schedule me in 'next week'they carried this game on for weeks never getting back to me and I had to keep on callingmonths on, I decided it wasn't worth my time or money and cut my lossesDo you like friendly staff? You won't find it hereThe owner will give you a huge attitude as soon as you try to get them to fix anything under warrantyEvery phone call consisted of the owner brushing you off, always 'too busy and out the door', interrupting your every word, and holding a personal grudge against you for wanting the job fixed and done rightHe will be upset and he will make sure you know itDo you like privacy? Not with these guysI politely asked them twice verbally and in writing to never enter my property/backyard without first knocking on the door and getting my permissionThey ignored my request, and several times entered my property unannouncedThere are some awesome landscaping companies out there with highly trained people and friendly staffThis is not one of themLandscape Problem Solvers creates problems that they themselves cannot resolve

discontinue. To date, we have not received a 60 day written notice to
discontinue service.Please feel free to share
with [redacted] that I would welcome her call to discuss her concerns.
