I am not slandering anyone Slander implies I am not telling the truthWhat I have stated is the truth as I see it Regards, [redacted] ***

I have not used salt for ice We are still under warranty as it has not been months I have been trying to get this resolved for a year already As stated before, MrB [redacted] told me that he "could send his boys but it would cost you." It should not cost me as I have already paid for the work in full.Regards, [redacted]

Not gonna get into slander remarks of company we did nothing wrong you can only top a tree with rope climber chain saw the tree was completely dead she wanted us go out on limbs that we inches diameter to dead with a bucket forestry truck so please let me know what I can do satisfy customer

I am rejecting this response because: First, the first and last time I saw with MsDarcia was when she came to my house on July 9th with the initial contract to be signed and the rails or any other work never came up I have not seen her since Second, the conversation and agreement between MrB*** and myself was at my home and over the telephone, she was never involved in any agreement Third, MsDarcia called me on July 16th, requesting final payment when the work was not completed I told her I will not pay until the work is satisfactory, she agreed MrB*** phone me the same day requesting final payment in order for his workers to be able to purchase the rest of the materials and gave me the assumption that they cannot complete the work until his workers purchase the materials and are paid Which is the reason I gave the final payment Ms Darcia is covering for MrB*** lack of professionalism and responsibility and now I see this company is never to be trusted She was NOT involved in any transaction except writing the initial contract Finally , I requested an amendment to the contract to note the changes between MrB*** and myself from her I called her on several occasions, she avoided me and when she finally emailed the amendment which I attached to the earlier complaint, it did not have any of the agreements between MrB***s and I which was on day the workers stopped work Her comment is NOT is valid because she was NEVER involved withh any conversation between MrB*** and myself verbal agreements I have no idea why she is responding to my complaint

MrB*** visited the job site and did not notice any defects as the customer reported Please also note that the customer made no attempts to contact MrB*** or the office to advise us of his dissatisfaction with the work we performed for him

Upon notice of this complaint, I tried again to reach out to *** *** to ensure that she fully understand exactly the job she hired us to do as well verify what could be done to completely satisfy herShe hung the telephone up.
I will be more than happy to do any work needed by *** ***However, it must be within the scope of what we were hired to do or she will need to pay for the additional services.

I am rejecting this response because:  The information provided to you by  Landscaping, L.L.C. is absolutely false.  I did contact Mr. B[redacted].  The last thing he said to me was that he could send somebody out but it would cost me.  He provided a warranty for over 50 months -- over 4 years.  Why would it cost me?  It is under warranty.  I've already paid Mr. B[redacted].  Mr. B[redacted] needs to honor the warranty and correct the cracks in my sidewalk.  My sidewalk should be smooth, not with cracks in it.  Had he come to inspect it as he indicates, he would have known.  I am requesting that Mr. B[redacted] honor the warranty and fix the cracks or return my money.  I paid my money and I just want the work done correctly.

Overall this firm did a very good job spring cleaning flower and shrubbery beds and trimming shrubs and trees and mulching.
The firm I was going to hire was not available so I took a chance on Landsdown in spite of their low grade with Revdex.com.
The finished job is better than most of the firms that have done this work over the years.
I would use them again

remove stump,top out second tree" for $1484.  I have paid $1964 and am asking 
for a $500 refund, even though the job has not been completed.  
The question to the company I submit - are you satisfied that you have 
done the job you said you were going to do.  Has the second tree been topped?
I am not slandering anyone.  Slander implies I am not telling the truth. What 
I have stated is the truth as I see it.
